The famous cosmetic brand L'Oréal is rolling out new interactive kiosks in around one hundred Carrefour points of sale. This is a new digital in-store solution to improve the shopping experience of the brand's cosmetic products in-store.

A system at the service of consumers

After observing and analyzing consumer behavior, the Nurun agency imagined a tactile kiosk that takes the form of an animated product catalog. These terminals are used to guide, orient and inspire consumers to offer them products suited to their needs. To complete the system, the terminals also offer product sheets accompanied by consumer reviews and cosmetic combination suggestions.

These terminals make it possible to showcase products through the looks of L'Oréal muses. Consumers are then guided in their choice of products. Indeed, a series of functions and tools have been designed to allow clients to benefit from a complexion diagnosis in order to help them find the product suitable for their skin or even to discover a nail bar allowing them to view varnishes. .

Associated with the Instant beauty mobile application, this new concept could be applied in spa and wellness centers.
