KIA, an automobile manufacturer, is launching a customer satisfaction program: “Kia Satisfied or Reimbursed”.
The manufacturer KIA offers the possibility to its customers who have melted for certain models of the brand (4 in total) to be reimbursed if they return the vehicle within 30 days or after having driven less than 1000 km with it.
This program only launched in France could be extended elsewhere if it works! KIA's objective is to conquer France with strong communication while securing customers who feel they are trying to buy KIA.
Only dealers participating in the program will reimburse customers (excluding registration fees, start-up costs, etc.).
This program supplements the 7-year manufacturer's warranty offer set up by KIA MOTORS FRANCE.
This commercial strategy aimed at restoring the confidence of potential buyers is paying off since if we look at the figures, the automotive market in France is down by more than 20% between February 2011 and February 2012 while for this same period KIA MOTORS FRANCE updates 47.6% growth.
